service was great...  "First off, I cannot stand realtors, but we need them.  We did purchase a house through Dave.  Dave is not a "realtor", Dave is a person, a very nice person.  First, Dave helped us through the whole process, and even after the papers had been signed, he went above and beyond our multiple requests without blinking an eye.  The service was great.  Dave is one of the good guys you can trust. (No, he did not pay me to say this).

knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with... "Dave helped us sell our condo and buy our first house last summer.  working with Dave was the good part of a stressful experience.  Dave sold our condo very quickly and worked around our schedule and our new baby's schedule.  Selling was actually the easy part, buying ended up being the hard part.  The market was in a difficult stage, but Dave worked with my husband and I to find the exact house that we wanted.  He was knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with.  He went above and beyond what I would have expected any realtor to do for us.  I am very grateful that we were able to work together to find our house.
